How should I use the capsules, teas, or powders?

Each product label includes usage instructions. Most capsules are taken with water. Teas are brewed for 5–10 minutes, and powders can be stirred into warm water, smoothies, or herbal blends.

Do your products have any side effects?

Our herbs are natural and well-tolerated. However, consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or on medication.

Can I take more than one product at a time?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

For South African orders: 3–5 working days.
For international orders: 7–15 working days depending on your country. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Can I return or exchange a product? 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unopened and unused. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

Where are you based?

We are based in South Africa, with global roots and a local reach. Our products are shipped from our facility in Johannesburg.
